Redoing this bathroom wasn’t high on our priority list when we moved in last year, but we got around to it a year later! Like most projects, the half bath transformation took a little longer than expected (thanks to a lot of wall repair from moving the wainscoting down) but I’m so happy with how it turned out!

Choosing a smaller vanity and smaller toilet makes this space feel bigger & I just absolutely love the tile floor.

And, can you believe this gorgeous gold faucet is from Amazon?!

I’m still looking for some art for one of the walls- a Gray Malin piece perhaps?- but taking all suggestions if you have any!

Any projects on your list today? We’re finishing up our half bath renovation and so happy with how it is turning out!

What’s up next? We’re looking to replace the ceiling fans in the bedrooms like this one in our primary bedroom.

We’re also looking to replace the carpet in the living room and upstairs. I’d highly recommend doing that *before* moving in, but when we moved this time last year, most stores were closed and lead times were cRaZY. 🤪

What are your family’s Easter traditions?
Last year we had just moved in & decided to cater it for our little fam since we weren’t gathering with extended family. It was so good (and easy on me!), we’re doing it again this year. I must admit, it’s quite nice not spending hours cooking when the boys last about 7 minutes at the table. 🤣

Now I can pour my energy into creating fun Easter baskets, setting the table in our dining room, and hiding eggs in the yard (which just got leveled out this week!)

We’ve been wondering whether it’s time to build an addition on our home or if it’s time to list. If you’ve been around here long, you know we love to move! 😂 however, we love our neighborhood and neighbors and backyard, but just seem to need a little more space.

Y’all know I live for a good charcuterie board & I’m having so much fun trying my hand at other boards like this pancake breakfast.

What other boards should I try??

Here’s a few things I put on my list for every Daylight Savings
(some good things to check every 6 months)
-test batteries in smoke detectors & carbon monoxide
-replace rubber squirt bath toys (a favorite spot for mold to hang out)
-flip mattress
-review fire exit plan in the house
-change ceiling fan direction to summer
-throw away Halloween candy 😂🥴
