Of any topic and any store for shopping, I get the most questions about my finds from TJ Maxx! I often hear comments that I must go at the right time or really know how to search for something etc, but I assure you that shopping there can not only be such a steal, but a ton of fun, too. I have found so many amazing designer pieces (think Self Portrait, Mackage, Theory, Elizabeth and James, Alice and Olivia, Diane Von Furstenberg, Valentino, Chloe, etc.) for such a bargain. Many times, the pieces I find online or in the store are current items still available at other stores such as Nordstrom!
Last year around Spring Break, I scored several Red Carter swimsuits and coverups that were selling on Nordstrom’s website for five times as much.
I love the option of shopping TJ Maxx Runway section online, because it is easy to find items by category and returns are hassle free (just take to any store!). I will note, if you see something you’re interested in, you can’t even wait overnight to buy it. Items fly so fast, so I would definitely recommend adding to cart and checking out if you think it’ll work, knowing that you can return anything that doesn’t work out.
My goal is to start sharing more content and finds from TJ Maxx runway, both on instagram stories as I’m shopping in store, as well as consistent blog posts with my top picks, since merchandise turns over so quickly.
TJ Maxx carries a LOT of Free People brand clothing. You can easily find tops and dresses from $19.99-$49.99, whereas even at Nordstrom Rack, they are at least double that price.

Now, these bags are still a huge investment, but the discount is amazing if you’ve been searching for a designer bag for quite some time. I see used bags on Poshmark for much more than this.
I have had the best luck with designer shoes at TJ Maxx, and I will say, I usually have better luck in store than online for this category. I’ve found Stuart Weitzman, Tory Burch, Kate Spade, etc all on clearance.
TJ Maxx runway is my favorite place to find dresses, both formal and casual! Where else can you find Self Portrait or Cinq a Sept for $149.99!? If you are looking for a dress for a gala, wedding, shower, formal, or fundraiser, I would definitely recommend looking online at TJ Maxx.
These dresses are great for summertime, date night, vacation, happy hour, wedding showers and baby showers, or any other fun activity you have going on!
Sail to Sable Dresses-these dresses retail on the sail to sable website for over $150! They are a great spring break option, summer sundress, and beach coverup. They remind me a lot of Kate Spade and Lily Pulitzer, without the price tag.
