Alex & Ani bracelets have been all the rage the past two years. However, at around $30 per bracelet, stacking your arm can add up quickly.
DIY Alex and Ani inspired bracelets
time per bracelet: less than 5 minutes
cost per bracelet: less than $4
I found these supplies at Jo-Ann Fabrics, but I’m sure you could also go to Hobby Lobby. (Hobby Lobby tip: half the store is 50% off one week, then the other half is 50% the next week. On repeat. Forever. If you happen to do this craft on a non-50% off week, there’s always a 40% off coupon online for a single item.)
3-pack bracelets: $5
charm sets: $1.97 each
The only tool you’ll need for this is a pliers.
The charms I bought already had jump rings attached to them. If yours do not, you can buy a bulk pack for under a few dollars.
Just open the jump ring with your pliers and wrap around the bracelet. Use the pliers to push the jump ring back together.
Seriously, that easy.
yes! I’ve been meaning to ask you how to make these. Going to try it this weekend!
awesome! I want to see yours!
Hi my name is Janessa and I just wanted to send you a quick note here instead of calling you. I came to your DIY: Alex & Ani Bracelets | Emerald & Oak website and noticed you could have a lot more traffic. I have found that the key to running a popular website is making sure the visitors you are getting are interested in your website topic. There is a company that you can get keyword targeted visitors from and they let you try the service for free for 7 days. I managed to get over 300 targeted visitors to day to my site. http://rldn.uk/nd
